Many intriguing matters exist on our planet together with the genesis and ending of several these simply having no logical interpretation or explanation. Many bizarre areas exist, but the most weird of them will all really make you go gaga. For someone like me who loves traveling and seeking for matters out of the ordinary, I thought it will be nice to be put together a record of some of the most bizarre places to visit. Though I’m yet to visit almost all of these places, I am going to jump to it should the opportunity present itself. The list I have shared below isn’t exhaustive of all astonishing unusual locations on earth and you may don’t hesitate to leave a remark with other incredible websites not included.

All of us dream sooner or later in our life of retirement. The idea of retirement that is ideal changes between people but there is one retirement hometown that made it into the news recently. Situated in Florida, The Villages is said to be one of the biggest retirement community on the planet. Located in a location like Florida, The Vilages sounds like an idyllic retirement place. The truth of the matter is far from perfect and The Villages was as of late thrusted into the limelight as an effect of the large number of outrages and sexually transmitted diseases (STD) which have been reported. Restaurants, golf courses, country clubs and bars are found in abundance in The Village, making it resemble an ideal retirees’ hometown, but not when scandals and outside sex are widespread like we have come to know of late.

Located south of Tokyo is a town called Miyakejima island and it really is among the weirdest place on earth because everyone who is living in this city will have to carry a gas mask. The reason is because they are dwelling in the center of Mt Oyama where it is considered to be among the most deadly volcano. There is a public crisis system constantly on standby to caution inhabitants of any rise in gas that is poisonous. I always can’t comprehend why these people still decide going back to place their lives at such risky situation. I think there are just some odd things that are bolstered inside us and no one can entirely get it.

The majority people understand that a desert is not the most comfortable living environment. But believe it or not, there’s an underground city where folks enjoy city life that is routine like every other, located in the centre of a desert. The city is known as Coober Pedy and it situated less than a thousand kilometers north of Adelaide. The city was created as folks find it simple and even more comfortable to live underground, as opposed to over the earth. Said to be the greatest opal mining place on earth, this underground city is complete with all the essential conveniences that range from church to a 4 star luxury resort.

Nicknamed the “Ghost City”, Varosha is a completely inhabited city that is located in Cyprus. It’s no longer the bustling city Varosha really used to be although it used to be very popular among toursists. It was the 1974 Turkish invasion that drove all the inhabitants of this town away. No one ever came back to this area and the invasion was left completely frozen in time ever since then even after it was over. When viewed from afar it is easy to think actions are bustling in this city simply like it was back in the early 1970s before invasion except that no one lives there. Thinking about walking into this town that is uninhabited merely rouses a thrilling freakish feeling.

This is probably the shortest list of strange spots, but then again when considering weird locations in the world to visit, no list is too long. Honestly, my imagination is outdone by these places and finding the presence of these areas instructed me to have a more open mind. In spite of how a few of these areas that are particular seem quite frightening even to me, I however desire to see them. Even though it’s stated that a picture speaks a thousand words, experience cannot be attained unless you really step into these areas and what you feel. More odd positions will be found, that’s for sure hence I am going to try to keep updating this list.
