License Agreement

SOFTCALC DESIGNS LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. Softcalc Designs, as licensor, grants to you as licensee a
non-exclusive right to use this software.

2. This program is provided as is without warranty as to suitability
for any task or purpose.

3. Softcalc Designs disclaims all other warranties express or implied,
including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for
any particular purpose.

4. The user assumes full liability for any injury, damages or losses
incurred through the use or misuse of this program.

5. By clicking on agree you indicate that you have read and understand this license,
and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained within this
license agreement.
